Fruit jams and marmalades

The selection of fruit jams and marmalades is produced with a high fruit percentage and without any concentrate. Their flavor is excellent in accordance with the nature and its rhythms. The fruit used is from the Etna Mount area. Here local farmers produce the best suitable native varieties of citrus, prickly pears, apples, pears, strawberries, and mulberries. When fruit is processed, producers express a great care and passion towards their work; for this reason they use only very selected natural ingredients refusing the addition of colors and preservatives.
