Our Nerello Mascalese Wine Jelly owns Nerello Mascalese wine character, the typical Mount Etna vine variety. 
Try this jelly with meat dishes, cured meats, and seasoned cheeses. 

Nerello Mascalese is the indigenous vine variety of Mount Etna par excellence. It is cultivated between 400 and 1000 meters above sea level on volcanic black soils and under climate conditions characterized by temperature variations between day and night.
Processed with sugar, pectin, and lemon juice exclusively, our Nerello Mascalese wine jelly express this terroir strength and deep character.
