Pastificio Vallolmo

The Vallolmo pasta factory is situated in Valledolmo, a small agricultural center in the heart of the Madonie Regional Natural Park. It was founded by a group of farmers who have been cultivating durum wheat in this area for decades.
The Madonie mountains have clayey and sandy soils in addition to good climatic conditions for durum wheat cultivation; this variety grows in an uncontaminated territory far from any sources of pollution.  People living in this area have always been working in the agricultural sector: farmers have cultivated durum wheat, tomatoes, and grape vines respecting nature and its rhythms.
The Valledolmo pasta factory is based on two values, respect and dedication. This plant is a modern structure that can process durum wheat flour very slowly at moderate temperatures keeping the flavor and nutritional proprieties of raw material unchanged.
A zero-mile supply chain that guarantees the genuineness of pasta with the unique taste of sun-ripened durum wheat.
