La Riserva del Re

Riserva del Re has worked on the hills of the Alto Belice Corleonese area, near Palermo, for more than two centuries.
The deep knowledge of territorial farming heritage and the strong desire to valorize it make the Di Quattro family realize an integrated supply chain valorizing the legume traditional cultivation. 
All the production process is monitored caring each detail: from the choice of seeds – produced inside the company after several experimental tests - to the control of the whole phonological stages and storage in controlled environments.  Each step is done pursuant to the principles of organic farming and with no synthetic chemicals. A great combination of taste, tradition, and respect for the territory and its resources.
