Fattoria Sicilsole

Situated in Belpasso, at the foot of Mount Etna, Fattoria Sicilsole is specialized on the selection and processing of Sicilian organic fruit in jams and marmalades.
Passion, respect for nature, and a deep territorial knowledge: for more than twenty years Salvatore Mammana and Giovanni La Rosa have chosen the best fruit in a direct way thanks to a selected network of farmers working in eastern Sicily. Cultivated with no synthetic chemicals according to the principles of organic farming, fruit is harvested at the best ripening conditions and processed manually immediately. Pulp and peels are preserved at very low temperatures safeguarding the precious scent of essential oils in a natural way. Fruit cooking with cane sugar and pectin is the last step of a production processing cared in each detail with a full respect towards the best fruits grown on the plain of Mount Etna under the Sicilian sunlight.
