Can I place an order without registering?

If you want to purchase our food products you do not need to register. You should only choose the items you are mostly interested in! You could register in order to buy items more quickly.

Is there a minimum order?

No, there isn’t. You can buy any item, no matter the cost. Free delivery on orders over €79.00 for Italy. In case of orders under €79.00, shipping and safe packaging cost is € 7,90.

Is my order valid? Has it been submitted? How should I be sure about that?

When you have completed the order, you will receive an e-mail to your registered address confirming your purchase. If you do not receive this message, please check your junk or spam email folder. What payment methods do you accept?

You can buy Tastando products using your credit card or your Paypal account. We accept payments also by bank transfers. Follow the instructions given during your purchase.

How much does it cost to send items to an Italian destination? Is it possible to deliver orders abroad?

Free delivery on orders over €79.00 for Italy. In case of orders under €79.00 shipping and safe packaging cost is € 7,90. If you live abroad please contact our Customer service – ph. (+39) 091 6251105.

How long does it take me to receive my order? Should I track my parcel?

We usually prepare items and deliver them to our courier the day after the order confirmation (or, in case of payment by bank transfer, once received the full payment). If you live in Italy, you will receive your order within 5 working days approximately. Orders confirmed during week-ends or holidays will be prepared and shipped on the first working day. Once items are ready to ship, we will send you an email and/or a text message to your email address/phone number indicated during the purchase. We will advise your parcel has been dispatched and you can find also your shipping code and a link to the shipping company website to track it.
