Anchovy Sauce is an ambered-coloured liquid resulting from the anchovies ripening in salt. 
Try this sauce to enrich fish first courses! It is ideal to season al dente spaghetti! 

In the past anchovy salting was considered as a convivial moment: in the evening fishers’ families salted anchovies all together chatting friendly. Since 1854 Campisi has processed anchovies in Marzamemi, a  small seaside village few kilometers from Syracuse, respecting old processing methods and with no preservatives. After some weeks, anchovies release this delicious amber-colored liquid that is bottled in pureness. For centuries the anchovy sauce has been used by fishers’ wives to season their humble meals.

Just a drizzle of Anchovy Sauce on al dente spaghetti with chili and basil: you will taste a simple but rich and timeless flavor dish.
